Chapter Leadership Committee
Committee Chairperson: VP of Membership Global Board of Directors
Participants: Chapter leadership team members and chapter relations staff
Responsibilities: Provide assistance and support to chapters at risk; provide expertise in determining chapter awards; assist in the development of incentive programs; support program development of officer meetings; support
program development of the officer leadership-training Forum; provide guidance and input on chapter policies and guidelines.
Meeting Information: One in-person meeting at SMTA International and 4-5 virtual meetings.
Committee Size: Recommended to limit to one representative per chapter.
Estimated Volunteer Time: 12 hours annually
