ZESTRON Participates in the SMTA Tampa Bay Chapter's Cleaning Panel Discussion
Manassas, VA – August 31, 2010 – ZESTRON, the worldwide leading provider of high precision cleaning products and services for the electronics manufacturing industry, was pleased to participate in the "Printed Circuit Assemblies Cleanliness Panel Discussion" sponsored by the SMTA's Tampa Bay Chapter. Dr. Harald Wack, President, ZESTRON worldwide, joined the meeting on August 18th, 2010 which was well attended by many industry experts and members of the SMTA.
Some of the major topics discussed were: reasons for cleaning, cleaning challenges, cleaning media, cleaning equipment, measuring cleanliness and new cleaning trends. "As a scientist and expert in this field, I was very pleased to be able to contribute and share my extensive process and chemistry expertise during the discussions as well as learn from the other participants. The cleaning panel was a success for all parties involved. In the long run, this collaborative proliferation of knowledge within the electronics manufacturing industry will only help the engineers on the production floor solve the most challenging cleaning problems," explained Dr. Wack.
