Manufacturer’s representative and distributor in the circuit board assembly industry, located in Auburn Hills, Mi, is seeking a high level Inside Sales Person/Business Development Coordinator. This person will be responsible to prosecute sales opportunities, close new business, and working closely with an Outside Sales individual to grow territory sales.
The role requires one who can juggle several projects at one time, is TEAM driven and enjoys interacting with others, has strong social, people, and communication skills, accepts pressure and is ok with a structured environment.
This is not a customer service position, rather a sales position. You must enjoy and be motivated by winning and closing new business as a TEAM. We sell a diverse product line, learning the products is necessary and may be challenging. Product training retention is critical to one’s success. Diligence, persistence, being accommodating and helpful to others are necessities to being successful.
A Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
