VIP Package (Conference + Two Workshops)

$800/Member ($1100/non)
The best value! The registration fee includes access to the full technical conference, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch, entrance to the Expo and two workshops.

Workshops (June 6)

$275/Member ($375/non)
The registration fee for workshops includes course materials and coffee breaks.

Technical Conference (June 7-8)

$550/Members ($650/non)
Speakers only pay $250!
Your registration fee for the technical conference includes proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch, and entrance to the Expo.

Single Day Conference

$350/Members ($400/non)
Your registration fee for a single day conference registration includes proceedings, coffee breaks and lunch for just that day, and entrance to the Expo.

Student Registration

$75 for the Technical Conference and two workshops, otherwise pay just $25 for the technical conference and no Workshops.

Four Registrations For The Price Of Three

If four employees from the same company and facility location each register for the technical conference OR a tutorial, the fourth registration (of equal or lesser value) is free! Registrations must be submitted together.

No Shows

Registration fee will not be refunded in order to cover expenses incurred.

Membership

All attendees who pay the non-member rate for technical conference registration (not including workshops, single day, student, or speaker registration) will receive a one-year Individual Membership with their registration. Current Individual members will receive a one-year renewed membership (one renewal allowed per year).

PAYMENT

All payments must be paid in full prior to event date. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, please note that the payment must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

SMTA reserves the right to cancel any event due to low attendance. Registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) if written notice is postmarked two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations received within two weeks of event date will not be refunded to cover costs incurred. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

SMTA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the SMTA or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, SMTA shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.
