SMTA never sells attendee or member data. All official emails will come from '@smta.org' address.

AGE NOTICE
SMTA hosted events are strictly 18+ unless expressly approved by the designated SMTA event manager.

PAYMENTS:
All payments must be paid in full prior to event date. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, please note that the payment must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prices listed for exhibitor booths and electricity are in USD. Additional discounts are not permitted. Exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing to expos@smta.org no later than 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will be issued prior to 14 days of the event minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit all fees unless registration is transferred to a different SMTA event of an equal cost within the same calendar year. SMTA is not responsible for no-shows, travel delays, sicknesses, or other extraordinary circumstances. SMTA reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In this situation, full refunds will be issued.
