Your paper was selected by the Technical Committee and scheduled for presentation at SMTA International 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas. Please return the Speaker Contact Information Form to verify your current mailing information for conference correspondence.
Conference Registration
A registration fee is associated with SMTA International and all speakers, panelists, chairs, and co-chairs are required to register for the conference.
A special 50% discount (on member or non-member conference registration) is offered to speakers. Hotel and transportation are also the responsibility of each speaker. Check out the special Conference Packages available and note that there is no additional cost to attend the Harsh Environments Symposium on Monday! Register by September 12th for the 'Early Bird' discount to get the most value for your conference dollar. Members save even more! Please note that registration fees increase when the early bird expires.

Your abstract was accepted and scheduled for presentation with the understanding that a written technical paper for the Proceedings and a slide presentation are required for all speakers at SMTA International.
Papers (6-10 pages including tables, graphs, and images) are due July 31, 2013 and should describe significant results from experiments, emphasize new techniques, and contain technical, economic, or appropriate test data.
Technical papers and presentation materials must be original, unpublished, and non-commercial in nature. Please review Speaker Roles & Responsibilities for the SMTA Non-Commercialism Policy for all papers and presentations.
