This page has information for people selected as speakers for SMTA International.

Congratulations! Your paper was selected for presentation at SMTAI 2008 in Orlando, Florida. To help you prepare your paper and presentation for the industry's premiere conference, download the Speaker Manual which includes forms to complete and return, SMTA format requirements, and a sample paper to use as a visual reference. Please complete and return the Confirmation Form to confirm your participation at SMTAI as a speaker, and also verifies your correct mailing information for conference correspondence.

Hotel Reservations. We encourage you to make your reservations at the Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center as soon as possible to assure that you have the accommodations that best suit your needs. The Resort has graciously extended our discounted room rate to our guests beginning August 12 and ending on August 26, if you are interested in extending your stay. Reservations are available NOW! Your paper was accepted and scheduled for presentation with the understanding that a written manuscript for the proceedings CD-ROM and a verbal presentation at SMTA International, are required for all speakers. Papers (6-10 pages including tables, graphs, and images) are due June 2, 2008 and should describe significant results from experiments, emphasize new techniques, and contain technical, economic or appropriate test data. Manuscripts and presentation materials must be original, unpublished and non-commercial in nature.
