Symposiums
Symposiums include Evolving Technologies, Harsh Environments, Counterfeit, and Lead-Free. These are included with either a VIP or Technical Conference registration. To allow us to have the correct seating and handouts, we ask that you designate on the registration form which symposium(s) you plan to attend. If you are not registering for a VIP or Technical Conference package, you may also register to attend a specific symposium by using a single day conference rate.
IPC Standards Development Committee Meetings

Your registration fee includes standards development committee meetings, entrance to the Exhibits and IPC lunches on Sunday, Monday and Thursday. SMTA will provide lunch on the Exhibit Floor on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Special Events to Add to Your Registration:
6th Annual SMTAI Golf Tournament
$75 per player
Take this opportunity to relax in the beautiful outdoors and network with your customers and colleagues in a casual setting. The SMTAI Golf Tournament is open to everyone, regardless of skill level. The tournament begins with a shotgun start at 8AM and ends with a delicious awards luncheon. Your cost to participate in our Tournament will include your green fees, cart rental, and awards reception and prizes. End your week at SMTAI networking with attendees, customers and exhibitors at our SMTAI Golf Tournament.

Proceedings
$125 at the show. $150
mailed after the show.
Your registration fee includes a Proceedings if you register for a VIP, Technical Conference, or Single Day Conference.
Ways to Save Money:
Early Bird Registration. Deduct 10% from your total due when you register by Friday, September 13.
First-Timer Discount. Deduct 10% from your total due if this is your first time attending SMTAI. Not applicable to the group discount.
Group Discounts. Register four people for a Technical Conference or VIP Conference Package and pay for only three, a savings of $600-$900! Four people must be from the same company and must submit their registrations at the same time. Deduct 25% from each! Not available on-site.
Student Rates. Special rates are available for full time
students. Registrations may not be submitted using the on-line registration. Contact the SMTA for more details and to register: 952-920-7682.
SMTA Membership. Join the SMTA today and register at the discounted member fee. This is also an option on the conference registration form. You save over $100 and you also begin to immediately enjoy the many benefits associated with SMTA membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) if received by September 13. All requests must be in writing and all badges/tickets must be returned before a refund can be processed. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. Cancellation after September 13 and "no shows" are subject to the full registration fee. No refunds will be made until after the conference.
SMTA reserves the right to cancel any tutorial with less than 10 registrants.
