The Annual Pan Pacific Microelectronics Symposium & Tabletop Exhibition is an international event promoting the exchange of technical information and extensive networking among the top microelectronics industry leaders. This event puts you in contact with key decision makers from around the world and provides access and international visibility for your company and products. The technical agenda focuses on microelectronics packaging, interconnection, microsystems, nanotechnology, and assembly. This conference targets both business and technical professionals in the microelectronics industry from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, the South Pacific, Taiwan, the United States and Europe.

The Pan Pacific represents your prime opportunity to network and showcase your company to important international industry executives and senior technical professionals in a forum tailored to developing close working relationships. Exhibit space is limited and available only on a first come first served basis, so sign up early! Tabletop Exhibit Package: $1,650USD through 15 December 2008. After 15 December conference registration is no longer included in exhibition fee. Public introduction of your company and attending personnel at the Welcome Reception. Complete list of symposium participants. One full conference registration. Tickets to all scheduled meals, receptions and the luau. One standard identification sign. One draped table, two chairs and wastebasket. One electric outlet (120V, 20A). Exhibits are open February 10-12, 2008. Designed to maximize exposure and minimize wasted time, scheduling coincides with all symposium activities. This includes all receptions, meals and coffee breaks being held in the exhibit room with food and beverage service areas dispersed throughout the tabletop exhibits. Opportunities abound to interact with potential customers and nurture relationships in an intimate atmosphere. Each exhibitor receives one full conference pass with their participation package. Additional personnel may register for individual activities as desired.

We are happy to offer you the following opportunities for sponsorship at the Pan Pacific Microelectronics Symposium. Sponsorship of special events will enhance your company’s exposure to a world-wide audience of attendees.

Platinum Conference Sponsorship: $2500 Deadline August 15, 2008

Gold Golf Outing Sponsorship: $1500 Deadline August 15, 2008

(up to three sponsors) The highest level of sponsorship. Gold sponsors receive extensive exposure through mailings to over 25,000 executives and professionals throughout the world, and a link from the Pan Pacific page at smta.org. Your company logo will also appear on the cover of the Advance Conference Program. In addition, as a special bonus, your company will receive a 1/2 page advertisement in the advance Pan Pac Conference Program, a free banner ad on smta.org for your company for three months, and one free conference pass to SMTA International.

(one sponsorship available) The Platinum Sponsor would be the Title Sponsor for the Golf Outing. Your company will co-host the outing and recognize our winners at one of the Pan Pac evening events. Prime coverage will be included for your company in the Conference Program as well as on all printed materials detailing the Pan Pac Golf Outing. A complimentary foursome will be included with this sponsorship. Platinum Title Sponsorship is open to all companies.

Silver Sponsorships:

1. Luau Sponsorship: $1000 (Multiple sponsors) Sponsor the Pan Pacific Luau and share the highest level of on-site exposure. Each luau guest receives a printed program including your company logo and recognition of your support for this gala event. Your company logo will also appear on the luau napkins and appropriate signage will be located on the entertainment stage. Sponsor will receive two complimentary tickets to the Luau. 2. Welcome Reception: $750 (Multiple sponsors) Reception sponsors will be acknowledged during all receptions through appropriate signage as well as public introductions and descriptions of their companies by the conference organizers. This provides the international community with repeated, high profile visibility of your company participation in the world-wide market place. 3. Recognition Reception: $500 (Multiple sponsors) Sponsor the Recognition Reception and demonstrate your appreciation to the industry leaders. And remind participants of your presence through high profile signage as well as public acknowledgement of your commitment to international interchange!

4. Coffee Break Sponsor: $300 (Multiple sponsors) Coffee Break sponsors receive additional signage at all coffee breaks on all coffee stations, providing constant visibility to all participants in the symposium. Pan Pac Golf Outing Hole Sponsorship: $100 We hope that each of our exhibitors will be interested in sponsoring a hole at the golf outing. Your company name will appear on a sign at one of the tees and you will have the opportunity to provide special prizes displaying your company logo. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received after December 1, 2008 are non-refundable.

Hotel Information
Information on registration and discounted hotel rates at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii will be forwarded upon receipt of your completed exhibit application.

Save on your airfare by booking early. Check out additional savings if you fly on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday with a Saturday overnight. Hawaii is affordable by planning ahead.
