Polyonics Receives Export Champion National Award

 On April 27, Bruce Smith, Polyonics president (pictured on the left), and chairman Jim Williams (on the right) went to Washington, DC, to receive the Export Champion National Award of 2005 by the Small Business Administration.
"We're doing our part on the trade deficit," said Mr. Smith. Over half of Polyonics' sales are made overseas, especially with the migration of the electronics industry offshore. Jim Williams, VP Marketing said, "We have discovered the power of exporting high tech, high value label materials, and intend to pursue these market niches globally, now that we have established ourselves."
